The mind's eye

In our mind's eye the world is something we can control, perceive and explore. We like to play and often behave like the world is our toy store - full of barbies, puzzles and the like. Like a child we may think we want or can have it all. Part of our adult upbringing in life is learning about restrictions. We cannot or do not get everything and may start to mourn or feel pitiful, but what if we became more selective in our choices? Then we would not get as stressed trying to live up to a personal frenzy of exaltation or other people's expectations. If we look inside and use discernment, we can learn what matters most to us, and what is more or less useless...

                                                          Use your inner goggles
                                                                 It is a choice
