Stress-Ville

Stress-Ville is not a village on a remote mountain top. You know, it is a city - full of cars, exhaust, loud noises and flashing neon lights. It is found all over the planet in places like Moscow and New York with Big Macs n' skyscrapers. We live inside or on the outskirts of their limits, commute and ride freeway queues. If we live in the center we can enjoy city-life and be prone to wander, and shop till we drop. But if we really want to find some relief from Stress-----Ville we need to find a place of silence, somewhere green like a park or simply get out. Green trees have a soothing and calming effect on the mind, body and spirit. Just laying in the grass staring at the tree tops can reverse any stress build-up. If you take a friend or lover or two with you for a picnic you can experience an all-in-one-Bliss....

“Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under the trees on a summer’s day, listening to the murmur of water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time.”
John Lubbock
